Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ukwa East, Abia State. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
