Powder coating operator • Fallon County, Montana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Fallon County, Montana. You will work at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
