Argon arc welder — Meeker County

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Meeker County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise Requirements: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Full-time, day shift.
