We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Cherry County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
