Powder coating sprayer — Harvey County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Harvey County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
