Machine setter-operator — Gulani

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Gulani, Yobe State. You will work in a textile mill. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Full-time, day shift.
