Foundry labourer — Gabasawa

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Gabasawa, Kano State. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. On the job you will handle: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry We offer ₦280,000 per month plus benefits.
