What we are looking for: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities On a typical shift you will record production counts on the shift sheet; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; weigh and portion products before bagging; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton.
