Pot washer — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Jefferson County, Kansas. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
