Safety inspector • Armstrong County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in Armstrong County, Texas. You will work in a chemical processing unit. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Your main tasks: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Full-time, day shift.
