Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Wirt County, West Virginia. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
