Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Abeokuta North, Ogun State. On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
