Formwork joiner wanted in Liberty County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Liberty County, Texas. Day to day you will brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
