On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
