Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork erector in Woodson County, Kansas. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
