Structural MIG welder — Calhoun County

Join our team: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Calhoun County, Iowa. The job is on a structural steel site. Day to day you will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Part-time with flexible hours. Share your details and we will call you back.
