Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Cook County, Minnesota. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
