Site electrician — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site electrician in Jackson County, Kentucky. You will work in an industrial control panel workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • ITI in electrical trade or wireman certificate Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
