Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Eagle County, Colorado. The job is at a power plant. On the job you will handle: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
