Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
