We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Nevada County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
