Electrostatic spray painter — Benton County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Benton County, Tennessee. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
