Cake decorator — Luna County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Luna County, New Mexico. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
