Rebar foreman — Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
