Rigging foreman — Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Washington County, Rhode Island. You will work at a busy construction site. Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Day to day you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit.
