Rough terrain crane operator — Buffalo County

Join our team: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Buffalo County, South Dakota. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience.
