Head baker — Dallas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Dallas County, Arkansas. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred.
