Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges.
