Die-casting operator • Iwajowa, Oyo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Iwajowa, Oyo State. You will work at a busy iron foundry. The role involves: • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Meals and transport allowance provided.
