Lift erector — Washington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Washington County, Texas. The job is at a busy lift company. Your main tasks: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
