Urgent requirement: hydraulic crane operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in City of Hampton, Virginia. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
