Great opportunity: pipe lagger (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Fayette County, Alabama. You will be based on a high-rise façade. On the job you will handle: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Willing to travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
