Earthmoving plant operator — Sheffield

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Sheffield, England. You will be based on a busy construction site. You will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Rotating shifts.
