Power float operator — Placer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power float operator in Placer County, California. Your main tasks: • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
