VMC operator wanted in Bledsoe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
