Shuttering carpenter — Harrison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Harrison County, Texas. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. Day to day you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
