Powder coating line operator — Orolu

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Orolu, Osun State. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
