Furnace operator wanted in Gem County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a furnace operator in Gem County, Idaho. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor You will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle.
