Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings 1+ years on the tools preferred.
