Kitchen porter — Harding County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Harding County, New Mexico. You will be based in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
