Immediate opening: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Webster County, Nebraska. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. You should have: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
