Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly operator in Montgomery County, Ohio. The role involves: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
