Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Howard County, Missouri. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Overtime paid at a premium rate.
