Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Benton County, Minnesota. You will work at a container port. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists.
