Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Coconino County, Arizona. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. Your main tasks: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
