Cake decorator — Mbo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mbo, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦10,500 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
