Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day-to-day duties: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
