Dispatch rider — Goochland County

Join our team: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Goochland County, Virginia. You will update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end. You should have: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
