Bread and bun maker — Lauderdale County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
