Oven operator — Prairie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Prairie County, Montana. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
